This policy describes Crystal Calm, published under the Yisvaro brand by Yisgav Rotem, and this support website. Contact: support@yisvaro.com.

Game data on your device

Crystal Calm saves puzzle progress, scores, crystal collection and settings locally on your device. The game does not require an account, and Yisvaro does not operate a server that receives your game progress. Local data remains until you reset it or it is removed from the device. There is no game cloud backup.

Advertising and consent

Crystal Calm integrates Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform to display ads and manage privacy choices. When these services operate, Google and advertising partners may process IP addresses, device and app information, identifiers permitted by device settings, diagnostics, and ad views or interactions. An IP address may be used to estimate a general location. These services support ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and consent management.

The app does not request permission to access your precise location or request Apple's tracking permission. It disables Google's publisher first-party ID. These settings do not mean that advertising services collect no data. Ad availability and personalization depend on your consent, device settings and region.

Where required, a consent message is shown before ad requests are allowed. You can decline consent and use available privacy choices in Settings to review or withdraw it. Core gameplay works offline; advertising and consent services require an internet connection.

Support enquiries

If you email us, we receive your email address and information you choose to include. We use it to respond and resolve your request, and retain it only as needed for support or applicable obligations. Email is handled through Gmail under Google's services. You can request deletion of your support correspondence by emailing us.

This website

This website has no registration, contact form or advertising. We do not add analytics or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and server logs, to deliver and protect the website.

Your choices and requests

You can reset local progress in Settings, remove local app data by deleting the app, and manage advertising privacy choices where available. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of personal information. Contact us for information we hold; requests relating to Google's advertising data can also be directed to Google.

Children

Crystal Calm is not specifically directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request children's personal information. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact us so we can address it.

We may update this policy when the app or its services change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
